Time frame:
You may return or exchange your glasses within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return:
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (including any cases, cloths, or accessories).

• Custom prescription lenses are non-refundable, but the frames may be returned (lens cost will be deducted).

• Sale items or final clearance purchases may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return:

1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will issue you a return authorisation and shipping instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

• If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, we kindly ask you to cover the return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your glasses reach us safely.
